According to the Arthur M. Blank Household Basis, the HBCU Invitational Area RefurbishmentProgram is designed to improve field quality, basic safety and accessibility for students and area people teams serving youth through football.

This system is funded by the Blank Household Basis and supported by the NFL Foundation.
